Since a young age, I have been immersed by design. Because of that, I’ve been fascinated with design exploration whether that’s from surface, material, or the story in products. My work draws heavily from my home state of Oregon, inspired by the natural forms of its forests, the rhythm of its rain, and its distinctive, free spirited culture.

Design must resonate with the audience. Design should be intriguing, something that provokes thought from the products story or appeal. Without story, the product has no meaning. From that, research is key for ideation. What fits the audience, tells their story, brings meaning to their life? These are all questions I try to answer with my designs.
